We use state of the art calculation, simulation and drawing software to produce our schemes and to co-ordinate our design with the other design team members.

We are expert in refurbishment and capital replacement projects, regularly acting as the sole consultant.  We undertake Principal Designer, Contract Administrator on Project Manager roles for a wide range of client.

Using trusted out-sourced resources, with whom we have worked extensively, we can offer a fully integrated design resource, including architects, building surveyors, project managers, quantity surveyors and structural engineers.

We are well known for our attention to detail and close client liaison, which has resulted in clients staying loyal to us for many years (in some cases over 25 years).

All our designs are based on minimising energy use, carbon emissions and running costs. We advise our clients on the financial benefits in terms of fuel savings and tax incentives.
